happy almost weekend
can you say...WEEKEND?! i so can't wait. there have been some downs this week that weren't fun-but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right? and to celebrate our almost weekend, the kids and i will be making valentine cupcakes tonight-red velvet with buttercream frosting(i'll be trying out erica's recipe)...mmmmm. i'm sure that's going to make us all quite happy, don't you think?

mmmm...wish i lived closer so you could try out those cupcakes on me :). Let me know how you like the frosting...it's truly addicting I tell ya!
I can't wait for the weekend either...bret finishes up his first surgery rotation which means we get to see him!
erica! that buttercream frosting was sooooooooo good! thanks:) i'm so going to use this recipe-it's much easier and tastier than the one i use. add one more yay for me this week-
