foreign, but good
wow! when i woke up this morning i didn't know what i would be in for at exercise class today-my body hasn't moved like that since i don't know when! it was almost foreign i guess you could say-but it was good and i can't wait to do it again-next time, i'm taking a lot of water. thanks amy-i had fun! and the nore the merrier-we had around 15 women there today-too fun, even if we were exercising!!!

I bet we looked absolutely shocking!
I remember going to get my water bottle and seeing the group over on the side- member the medicine ball and then the rest over in shade? I thought wow what a group!!
Thats not even all of us!!
